I was really pleased with Monday's class session. I felt clear and effective. It was about active listening, an easy thing to understand but harder to do.
Today, Wednesday, I tried to take things a little further and go into issues, interests, and positions. But I didn't feel so clear and think that things are confused. I need to put some time into figuring out how to present this. I guess it is good that we are mucking around with all this, though. It takes some mucking around. We have to get messy to get something done. It feels messy though at the moment, not like we have gotten something done. I need to feel more prepared for Thursday. I have several directions I want to go at the same time and this leads to disorientation for me which I then exhibit in class. Let's work on that.
